Cooper AI in San Francisco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A, personally sourcing, assessing, and closing exceptional candidates.

You'll report to the Head of Operations and partner with the executive team to shape hiring for leadership roles and build scalable processes, playbooks, and a recruiting function for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth company.
• Builder of recruiting processes, systems, tools, or programs.
• Leader who mentors and coaches recruiters and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and wearing multiple hats.
• Data-minded, uses funnel data and market insights to improve hiring.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Own searches across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A; from intake to closing.
• Build pipelines from scratch; attract candidates in competitive markets.
• Calibrate hiring bars with managers and improve assessment processes.
• Improve interview workflows, reporting, and automation for lean teams.
• Mentor recruiting coordinator and future hires to scale the team.
