Job summary

Cooper is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to shape the recruiting bar and hire the people who will drive Cooper’s growth.

You’ll build systems, playbooks, and a data-driven interview process, and mentor junior teammates as Cooper scales. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Generalist with energy for learning new markets.
• Builders mindset: created or improved recruiting processes or tools.
• Strong sourcing instincts to find passive candidates.
• AI-powered approach to build and scale AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A: intake, sourcing, screening, closing, and everything in between.
• Build pipelines from scratch and source candidates who aren’t actively looking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and calibrate on candidates.
• Own the candidate experience end to end to convey who Cooper is and why it’s a place to grow.
• Design and improve interview processes, scorecards, references, offers, and reporting.
• Develop the recruiting team by mentoring coordinators and junior sourcers.
• Represent Cooper in the market as an employer brand ambassador.
