Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with ability to synthesize feedback.

• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development to support current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pools and provide relevant market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs and drive successful recruitment outcomes.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes, ensuring all required steps are completed effectively and on time.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting, and ensure recruitment records are up to date.
• Manage external recruitment partners where utilized, ensuring alignment with search requirements and standards.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
