Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Recruiter to coordinate end-to-end hiring processes across departments in the United States. You will interview candidates, post jobs, and manage the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring timely communication with applicants.

You will verify backgrounds, schedule interviews with managers, and prepare offer letters. The role includes arranging travel as needed and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts and interview candidates with department management.
• Post internal/external job openings and schedule interviews promptly.
• Verify employment history and education, and check references.
• Respond promptly to applications and inquiries, and to unsuccessful candidates.
• Arrange travel and lodging for candidate recruitment as needed.
• Prepare acceptance letters and extend job offers with salary/benefits details.
• Schedule pre-employment physicals after offers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
• Coordinate external placement agencies and referrals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Afffiliative Action rules.
