Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts across exempt and non-exempt roles up to managerial level.
• Prepare postings and advertisements; arrange posting and interview schedules with management.
• Verify employment history, education, and references for candidates.
• Respond promptly to applications and inquiries from applicants and manage communications with unsuccessful candidates.
• Coordinate travel and lodging for recruitment activities and extend offers with salary/benefit details.
