Job summary

Superior is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for the Spring 2027 term. Based in Columbus, Ohio, this internship offers hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting while participating in lunch-and-learns, leadership training, and jobsite visits.

The role is located at our headquarters in Columbus with exposure to sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will work under the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts, gain experience with ATS, and assist in building

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing strategies, talent market researches, and screening processes.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team through resume reviews and identifying potential candidates for open positions across Superior
• Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support talent pipeline tracking and documentation of recruiting activities
• Participate in projects that build your understanding of recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent strategy

Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Spring term (January - April). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Talent Acquisition team, The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain exposure to our recruiting efforts and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including how we attract, source, and hire top talent to support our company's growth. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
