Job summary

Superior is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern for Spring 2027 at our Advanced Logistics Facility (ALF) in Gahanna, Ohio. You will gain hands-on exposure to purchasing activities, data analysis, and vendor communications while supporting the procurement team on sourcing, PO issuance, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Support procurement team with sourcing, issuing purchase orders, and tracking materials
• Assist with vendor communication, quote requests, and bid comparisons
• Assist with vehicle tracking, and wrap logistics to support Superior's growing fleet
• Assist with the procurement process improvements and initiatives on the department's roadmap

Position: Procurement Intern
Location: Gahanna, Ohio
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Spring term (January - April). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.
Under the guidance of our Procurement team, the Procurement Intern will gain exposure to purchasing activities, data analysis, and vendor communications. This role is based at our Advanced Logistics Facility (ALF) in Gahanna, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement team with sourcing, issuing purchase orders, and tracking materials
