Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a year-round internship with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs team. You will gain hands-on experience supporting Military Talent Acquisition Programs, Early Careers, and enterprise HR initiatives while assisting with outreach, communications, and data-driven projects for applicants, employees, and members.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting jobs in Oracle HCM, Handshake, and DoW.
• Support outreach partner coordination and communications.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain outreach, recruiting, and hiring trackers.
• Support internal and external recruiting events and outreach activities.
• Assist with event preparation, registration, and live execution.
• Develop presentations and outreach materials.
