Job summary

Eversource Energy is offering a Student Internship in Talent Acquisition to support I-9 auditing, interview scheduling, pre-employment activities, and onboarding. The role provides exposure to Workday and helps maintain accurate candidate records while delivering a professional candidate experience.

The intern will gain practical HR and TA experience within a corporate environment, learn compliance requirements, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Prior HR, compliance, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit/correct I-9 forms within Workday following guidelines.
• Coordinate an efficient interview scheduling process.
• Assist with pre-employment activities and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate TA records in Workday and related systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations for TA team.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
