TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (Global Functions) for Summer 2027 in Los Angeles. The role supports sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and candidate experience across recruiting teams.

You will work with recruiters, maintain ATS records, and contribute market insights. The internship is full-time for 3–6 months, with competitive hourly compensation and interns receive benefits including health insurance and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Consulting, or a technology company.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, or reporting to support decision-making.
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding, and talent strategy within a global organization.

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

• Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
• Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
• Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
• Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
