Job summary

Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruiting across multiple functions. You will gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and assisting hiring initiatives.

This on-site internship runs for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting August or September 2026, is full-time, with a relocation stipend and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, HumanResources or related fields and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts across multiple functions from sourcing to coordinating interviews.
• Assist in screening candidates and communicating with hiring teams.
• Help drive hiring initiatives and improve candidate experience.
• Engage with mentors and stakeholders to track progress and learn.
