Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of administrative, customer service, office support, recruiting, HR, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Pass pre-employment process including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Create and maintain job requisitions in ATS and post postings via sourcing channels.
• Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, schools, and partnerships.
• Review applications, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and communicate with managers.
• Guide managers on interviewing, evaluation, and hiring best practices.
• Prepare and extend verbal and written employment offers with managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and screenings.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Participate in recruiting events and community outreach to promote opportunities.
• Track metrics and report on staffing progress and challenges.
• Onboarding: facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
