West Coast Careers is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and manufacturing positions, and also supports onboarding, employee training, and employee relations.

You'll partner with managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and build candidate pipelines. This hybrid role includes HR administrative duties and general HR support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS.
• Experience with onboarding, training, or HR responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to join their Human Resources team. This role will have a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and manufacturing positions, along with supporting general HR functions, including onboarding, employee training, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and manufacturing positions, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications, and manage the interview process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers, including HR administration and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands‑on recruiting experience, preferably recruiting engineering, technical, and/or manufacturing professionals.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
• Previous experience with onboarding, training, or general HR responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.

What We Offer

• $80,000–$85,000 annual salary.
