Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Global Process Excellence Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive process adherence by conducting reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting corrective actions that strengthen operational consistency.

  • Analyze workforce and process data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Coordinate global and regional best practice forums that promote knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement.

  • Support process excellence initiatives by contributing to efficiency and effectiveness projects that enhance team performance.

  • Validate system enhancements through testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver intended outcomes.

  • Prepare and communicate reports that provide visibility into team activities, performance metrics, and key improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain and enhance Talent Acquisition process standards and problem-solving documentation to ensure accuracy and organizational alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve challenges, and support the successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • College or equivalent degree preferred.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:

  • Preferred experience supporting process excellence, operational improvement, or Talent Acquisition initiatives within a global or multi-regional environment.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and foundational data analysis skills to track performance, prepare reports, and support business insights.

  • Partner with stakeholders to promote process standardization, continuous improvement, and effective change adoption across teams.

  • Support project execution through schedule, scope, resource, issue, and risk management practices that contribute to successful outcomes.

  • Apply HR consulting principles to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and support organizational objectives while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

  • Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, conflict resolution, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Foster an inclusive culture by valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging knowledge sharing across teams and regions.

Experience:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
