Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist to drive the candidate experience and partner with leaders to shape our hiring strategy.

You will own ATS administration, pre-boarding, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment, using Excel and Taleo to inform decisions and optimize processes.

Open to candidates within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular contact center in select states; strong communication and collaboration are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruitment or HR experience in a competitive environment.
Familiar with sourcing strategies, candidate qualification, networking, and wage trends.
Proficient with recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Champion the candidate journey with empathy and responsiveness from outreach to interview.
Collaborate with hiring managers and TA Partners to drive recruitment strategy and timely hiring.
Support ATS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and trend analysis.
Lead pre-boarding coordination, offers, compliance, and new-hire documentation.

This opportunity is open to candidates who reside in Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, or Oklahoma and are located within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular contact center in those states.

What You Will Do

Championing the Candidate Journey: You’ll be the friendly face candidates remember, ensuring every step of their journey is smooth and engaging. Whether it’s quickly reaching out to applicants, having empathetic and insightful interviews, or providing a welcoming experience, you’ll play a key role in attracting and selection of top talent.
Talent Acquisition Selection: In addition to attracting and interviewing candidates, you will collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to drive recruitment strategies and maintain a seamless hiring process. This includes responding to questions and providing business-focused responses to email outreach in multiple shared Inboxes.
System Administration: Support and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. You’ll ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure a smooth recruiting workflow. You will be responsible for not only delivering reporting but also advising and informing leaders on trends and patterns to build strategy.
Pre-Boarding Coordination Take ownership of the pre-boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, managing new hire documentation, ensuring compliance, and guiding candidates through the necessary steps before their first day. You will act as the bridge between recruitment and HR operations, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees. You are responsible for making informed decision when it comes to ensuring compliant and clear direction for candidates through pre-boarding process.
Creative Talent Magnet: Bring your creativity to the table! You’ll help craft captivating job descriptions, tap into diverse job boards, and engage with a wide array of partners to ensure we’re attracting the best talent. You'll also keep job postings fresh and visible across multiple platforms.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: You love diving deep into data! By analyzing trends and using tools like Excel and Taleo, you’ll help us make smarter, more informed decisions. Your insights will shape our recruiting strategies and help us track our progress towards building the best team.

What You Will Bring (Day One)

Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a competitive environment. This experience will provide a solid foundation for understanding the recruitment process and dynamics.
Recruitment Components: A basic understanding of various recruitment components is essential. This includes familiarity with sourcing strategies, candidate qualification techniques, networking practices, assessment methods, job analysis principles, and knowledge of wage and salary trends.
Tech-Savvy with Tools: Whether it's Excel for data crunching or Taleo for managing candidate pipelines, you’re comfortable using recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for handling multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Pay & Benefits Data

Minimum Salary: $52,500

Maximum Salary: $68,250

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Our Talent Acquisition team are able to answer any additional questions you may have as you move through the selection process.
