Job summary

Prudential Financial is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition Enablement in Newark, NJ. This hands‑on role partners across People Services, Technology, and external vendors to optimize TA delivery, tools, and processes.

You’ll drive standardized interviewing, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and program enablement while delivering insights from TA data to improve performance. The role blends process, technology, and stakeholder management in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition operations or recruiting enablement within a large organization.
• Familiarity with recruitment technology ecosystems including ATS/CRM and assessments.
• Ability to analyze TA data and translate insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve TA processes and SLAs for the end‑to‑end recruiting workflow.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of TA technology and knowledge resources; coordinate with partners and vendors.
• Support consistent hiring practices with structured interviewing and candidate management.
• Help operationalize AI-enabled recruiting tools and evolving assessment practices.
• Produce TA reporting on performance, pipeline health, and tool usage; gather feedback for improvements.
• Contribute to recruiter onboarding, training, and enablement programs and to vendor governance.
