Job summary

NYPCC-New York Psychotherapy Counseling Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist in recruitment and HR-related initiatives. The successful candidate will help conduct full-cycle recruitment, represent the organization at events, and manage pre-onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or as a Human Resources Coordinator.
• Proven success in both in-person and virtual recruiting, including job fairs and community outreach.
• Strong writing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment: screen, evaluate, and interview candidates.
• Represent NYPCC at recruitment events to attract passionate candidates.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
