This full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is based on site in Rockledge, FL, and supports hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• Review resumes and identify strong candidates
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Organize, schedule and conduct onsite interviews
• Coordinate participation in career fairs
• Source for potential candidates
• Develop job postings
• Create offer letters
• Coordinate new hire orientation
• Responsible for the onboarding of new employees
• Provides support by planning and strategizing future workforce needs
• Edit and create job descriptions as required
• Support with other HR projects as required
