The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support for hiring our workforce that will include coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for positions across the organization.

Working Relationship

Communication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works under the immediate supervision of the HR Manager.

Physical Requirements

Position requires constant physical effort both inside and outside of an air-conditioned environment.

Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time

Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period of time.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; days and hours of work may vary depending on business demands.

Safety

This position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all required protective personal equipment (PPE). Specifically, eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times while on the production floor.
