Job summary

FellowshipLIFE Inc. in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support onboarding and HR operations within our Home Care division.

You will ensure compliance, coordinate new hire paperwork, and help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for all caregivers and staff. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, 2+ years in onboarding or HR support, and experience with background checks, licensing verification, and ATS workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of onboarding and HR support experience.
• HR experience in healthcare/home care preferred.
• Experience processing background checks and verifying licenses and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure new hires meet regulatory requirements.
• Support new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4) and benefits enrollment.
• Liaise with HR and hiring managers on background checks and credential verification.
• Maintain accurate, compliant onboarding records for audit readiness.
