Thompson Law in Dallas, Texas is seeking an entry-level Recruiting Assistant to support recruiters and hiring managers through the hiring process. You will help ensure a smooth, organized, and positive experience for candidates and the team.

This role offers learning opportunities in HR and Recruiting from the ground up, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package. The firm emphasizes growth and world-class service in personal injury law.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent administrative experience.
• 1+ years in roles with high-volume phone calls.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Excellent writing and attention to detail.
• Discreet, professional, and well-spoken with good communication.
• Extremely organized and proactive with deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and required candidate documents.
• Keep candidate records, recruiting reports, and ATS information up to date.
• Collect and organize interviewer feedback.
• Source candidates for legal support and attorney positions.
• Partner with recruiters throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure timely communication and status updates to candidates.
• Provide candidates with feedback regarding their application status.
