Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in a Recruitment, HR, or People Coordinator role.
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings and resume screening.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Schedule and confirm interviews, arranging travel for out-of-town candidates as needed.
• Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with candidate information.
• Coordinate background and reference checks as part of pre-employment screenings.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and paperwork completion.
• Collaborate closely with HR and hiring teams in alignment of recruitment strategies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for tracking effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs.
