Position Details

Full Time; DAYS 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST; Monday - Friday (Contract Position)

The majority of our programs operate on Pacific Standard Time, must live on the west coast in the PST

Expected starting wage range is $24 - $30 /hour.

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate recruitment activities and build candidate relationships. Responsibilities include administrative and logistical support for hiring managers, vendors, and candidates, as well as assisting with interview scheduling and hiring events.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate degree, HS Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience supporting a talent acquisition team.
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using HRIS systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of post-offer physical, TB test, criminal background check, sanctions check, and degree/license verification. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if driving is required.
Preferred:
  • Experience with UKG.
Essential Functions
  • Demonstrate Telecare’s mission, values, and beliefs in interactions with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening processes, including reference checks, background checks, health screening, and verification of licenses/degrees.
  • Assist with drafting offer letters.
  • Serve as liaison with candidates regarding pre-employment activities.
  • Follow policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Communicate orientation instructions to new hires.
  • Attend meetings as required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to navigate HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
Physical Demands

Must be able to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and sitting regularly.
