PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Florida-licensed therapist to work remotely as a Behavioral Health Integration Clinician. The clinician will provide high-quality, evidence-based patient support. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of clinical experience and holds independent credentials (LMHC / LCSW / LMFT or Psychologist). Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Screening and assessing patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders, facilitating engagement, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
2. Providing brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques such as behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other appropriate methods supported by clinical technology software.
3. Supporting psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and treatment effectiveness.
4. Monitoring treatment response and tracking clinical symptoms and side effects through in-person, video, or telephone interactions.
5. Educating patients about mental health and substance abuse disorders and available treatments.
6. Referring patients to evidence-based psychosocial treatments as clinically indicated.
7. Participating in caseload consultation with psychiatric consultants and communicating treatment recommendations to medical providers.
8. Documenting patient progress and treatment plans systematically.
