Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience using HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across our restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and corporate teams.
• Be the go-to contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Keep communication timely, organized, and welcoming.
• Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Schedule orientations and onboarding activities.
• Occasionally facilitate new hire orientation.
• Help create an outstanding first-day and first-week experience.
• Maintain candidate records in Paylocity and our recruiting systems.
• Track hiring progress and recruiting metrics.
• Keep recruiting materials and processes organized and up to date.
• Look for ways to make our hiring process even better.
• Help coordinate employee appreciation events and recognition programs.
• Assist with employee communications.
• Support engagement initiatives that make Home Run Inn a great place to work.
