Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at VCA, where your impact will be felt across our recruitment landscape! In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our recruitment initiatives, providing crucial support for key programs that propel our hiring efforts forward. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations for both internal and external stakeholders, uphold data accuracy, and assist in insightful reporting and analytics. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our systems across various platforms integrated with our Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, including CRM and ATS.

Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Prior experience in project or program management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting. Experience in veterinary medicine is a plus!
Skills: Exceptional organizational and data management skills, a keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and time management abilities. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.
Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with SmartSheet and PowerBI is helpful, along with CRM and ATS systems support experience.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position, so you’ll need a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and availability during standard work hours in the PST time zone.
Additional Information
Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 -$65,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only.
