Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• In lieu of degree at least 5 years of direct HR or recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Teams helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design and post job ads on multiple recruiting platforms.
• Interview and screen applicants regarding knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Inform prospective applicants and new hires about position details, working conditions, benefits, etc.
• Assist with scheduling in-person interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the application process.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks.
• Attend college career fairs and help with materials and swag.
• Assist with the employee referral program and other HR activities.
