Note:

Ability to work 5-day onsite- candidate should be local. Living no more than 25 miles from SJ campus

Overall background and qualifications

Partnership with recruiters & stakeholders

• Heavy interview scheduling

• Supporting up to 6 recruiters on a day-to-day basis

• Work directly with external candidates to determine availability

• Use Outlook calendaring to schedule interviews with hiring managers and theinterview team

• Confirm all interviews with theappropriate parties

• Request travel and necessary approval

• Adhere to travel policy (inform candidates of dos and don’ts)

• Process candidates' reimbursement

• Close out any issues withRequisition Approval

• Confirm all related forms have been completed before the interview (NDA, application, EEO)

• Handle all invoicing

• Submit all onboarding information to HR

• File creation and documentation forHR

Requirements

• 4+ years of coordination exp in Talent Acquisition

• Strong Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)

• Experience working with C-Level candidates

• Self-starter, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to thechanging needs of the work environment

• Strong communication (written/verbal)

• Exp with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) prefers a candidate with Jobvite exp.

• Ability to learn new software programs quickly

• Enjoy being part of a team and can work independently as needed

• Proficient with theMicrosoft Office program on a PC
