Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Support Center team in Louisville, KY. This on-site role works a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week, coordinating interviews and candidate touchpoints to keep hiring moving forward.

You will partner with recruiters and leaders to manage postings, requisitions, and data in recruiting systems, while delivering an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruiting coordination, or related administrative support.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems or recruiting technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring leaders and offer support as needed.
• Assist recruiters with job postings, requisition updates, candidate movement, and hiring documentation.

We're Looking For Someone Who Brings

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, or recruiting technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer service mindset with a passion for supporting candidates, hiring leaders, and team members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Positive attitude, strong follow-through, and a team-first approach

What's On Your Plate

• Coordinating interviews, meetings, and candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring process
• Communicating with candidates and hiring leaders to provide timely updates and support
• Assisting recruiters with job postings, requisition updates, candidate movement, and hiring documentation
• Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within recruiting systems
• Monitoring recruiting workflows and ensuring timely follow-up on hiring activities
• Supporting reporting, tracking, and Talent Acquisition metrics
• Assisting with system updates, audits, testing, and data cleanup projects
• Creating and maintaining recruiting resources, templates, job aids, and process documentation
• Supporting candidate experience initiatives and responding to Talent Acquisition inquiries
• Partnering with internal teams on background checks, onboarding, compliance, and other hiring-related processes
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across recruiting processes
• Supporting special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team
• Representing Texas Roadhouse culture and core values in every interaction
