Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Support multiple recruiters by posting job openings on career sites and coordinating complex interview logistics while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Initiate and track background checks, send onboarding documents, and issue new hire announcements with detailed instructions for hiring managers.
- Maintain HR data systems including BrassRing, Req Reports, and SAP.
- Ensure full completion of new hire processes including travel arrangements for orientation, background checks, required documentation, and welcome communications.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment and hiring metrics reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related coordination role.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated flexibility, proactivity, and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness, with a willingness to ask questions and find solutions independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional style.
