Job description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Salary:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm,M-F

Location: 1936 Buchholzer Blvd. Akron OH 44310

This is anIn-Person Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all visitors to the office and handle incoming phone calls

  • Daily screening of candidate resumes via our web-based system

  • Conduct daily outbound phone call to candidates to prescreen them

  • Make appointments for candidates to interview with recruiters

  • On-boarding duties for new hires and assist associates with new hire documents

  • Process Direct Deposit and Cash Cards

Key Requirements:

  • MUST be comfortable talking on the phone regularly
  • Dependable person who shows up to work all the time
  • Be a hard worker, detail oriented
  • Dependable and be committed to excellence in everything you do
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without regular supervision
  • Strong computer skills with ability to master common web-based programs
  • Must be comfortable with all people and committed to treating everyone with great customer service
