  • Provide support to employees on performance management, career advancement, and goal setting.
  • Administer talent assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights.
  • Assist in compiling talent metrics, data analysis, and reporting to support talent management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource teams to ensure compliance with talent management policies and procedures.

Job Summary

  • Job Duty 2 - Support performance appraisal processes, talent development initiatives, and career path planning.
  • Job Duty 3 - Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Job Duty 4 - Assist in the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Job Duty 5 - Facilitate talent programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities to promote talent retention.
  • Job Duty 6 - Provide support to employees on performance management, career advancement, and goal setting.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational School Diploma. Vocational training or a degree may be preferred or required.

Proposed Salary

Proposed Salary: $48,000 - $53,600. Commensurate with education and experience.
