Laser Clinics Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 6-month contract. Based in North Sydney, you will be responsible for high-volume recruitment across our clinics in New Zealand, building and maintaining a talent pipeline to support future growth.

What You'll Do

1. Coordinate all hiring requests and sourcing strategies for NZ clinics.
2. Post job advertisements and conduct candidate interviews.
3. Manage the offer process, including documentation and contracts.
4. Develop a talent pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, and Indeed.
5. Source staff for new clinics in collaboration with the field team.
6. Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
7. Conduct reference checks and coordinate employment offers with HR.

We'd Feel ELECTRIC If You Have

2. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
