Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies and partner with HR leadership to meet staffing demands for clinical and non-clinical roles.

This remote Springfield, IL role includes 40 hours per week with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience and a background in healthcare recruiting, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing/sales or related field is required.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent.
• Partner with HR leadership, the Talent Acquisition COE and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Manage an efficient process for recruitment from source to onboard.

Pay Range: $29.55 - $44.32

The ideal candidate would have full-cycle recruitment experience and ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant works closely with HR leadership, the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) and hiring leaders to understand the Health System's staffing demand needs and develop a proactive, innovative assessment and recruitment strategy to identify, source, recruit, select and onboard the industry's top talent. This full cycle recruiting role will manage an efficient process for assigned positions.

Work from home with occasional travel, candidate must live in WI, IL, or MO (St Louis)

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing/sales or related field is required.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 2 years Talent Acquisition experience is preferred.
• 1 year of talent sourcing experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
