Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to partner with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Experience with Workday ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Track recruiting performance against metrics like requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS with detailed notes and momentum.
• Coordinate and execute selection processes, including resume screening and interviews.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern platforms.
• Foster collaboration and contribute to a high-energy recruiting team.

The Talent Acquisition Partner

Hybrid Work Schedule in Hollister, CA

How You Will Contribute:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles, from intake, market insights, sourcing and offer, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and culture.
• Partner closely with OpCo hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions that exceed expectations.
• Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to support informed decision-making
• Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion, operating effectively in a high-volume, process-driven environment
• Accurately and efficiently manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, keeping detailed notes, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Coordinate and execute selection processes, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, driving a seamless, efficient hiring process.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms, utilizing all your available resources to find the best talent, in the fastest time, without sacrificing quality.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and contribute to a high-energy, supportive recruiting team at Ralliant.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or role-related experience
• Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles
• Experience large organization (10,000+ employees)
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or similar) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold and Oracle.

Bonus or Equity

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 91,700.00 - 170,100.00
