Position Summary

We're seeking a passionate professional with at least 5 years of experience in targeted sourcing, relationship building, and hiring top technical and professional talent. This strategic role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and partners closely with our 12 firms to provide dedicated recruitment support.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, analyze the local competitive landscape, and develop innovative recruitment strategies. You'll employ advanced sourcing techniques to connect with passive candidates, conduct engaging screenings, and oversee a seamless hiring process that satisfies candidates and stakeholders alike.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and niche job boards.
  • Utilize multiple channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Develop strategies for internal vs. external recruiting, manage workload, and coordinate with agencies.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with third-party agencies, track candidate progress, and report to firms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
  • Enhance employer branding through communication and engagement strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize candidate experience.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Create compelling job descriptions.
  • Potentially hire, train, and manage subordinates.
  • Track all recruitment activities using Greenhouse, LinkedIn tools, and billable hours, ensuring team goals are met.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in architecture, engineering, or professional services roles.
  • At least 1 year managing and training direct reports.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and deep sourcing techniques.
  • Proven strategic support experience for 2+ years.
  • Ability to analyze market landscapes and suggest improvements.
  • Must have a suitable home office setup for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multi-state and remote teams.
  • Knowledge of architecture and engineering principles and terminology.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and key players.
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software (preferably Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
