Position Summary

We're seeking a passionate professional with at least 5 years of experience in targeted and deep sourcing, relationship building, hiring top technical and professional talent while also being a strategic talent acquisition business partner to organizations. This essential role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and partners closely with a set of our 12 firms to provide dedicated strategy support and recruitment.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to learn about their needs, understand the local competitive landscape, and contribute to innovative recruitment strategies that help our firms hire the best talent! You'll employ advanced sourcing techniques to connect with passive candidates, conduct engaging screenings, and oversee a smooth hiring process that delights both candidates and stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and niche platforms.
  • Utilize various channels to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Develop strategies for internal vs. external recruiting, manage workload among team members and agencies.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies and track candidate progress.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
  • Enhance employer branding through communication and engagement strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Create compelling job descriptions.
  • Potentially hire, train, and manage subordinates.
  • Track activity in Greenhouse, LinkedIn tools, and billable hours, ensuring team goals are met.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in architecture, engineering, or similar fields.
  • 1+ year of experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and deep sourcing.
  • Proven strategic support experience for over 2 years.
  • Ability to work remotely in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multi-state and remote teams.
  • Knowledge of architecture and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and key players.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
