Compass Group USA is seeking a SPECIALIST, TALENT ACQUISITION (CONTRACTOR) to provide expert customer service and operational support throughout the hiring process. The role covers ATS-related tasks, onboarding, and background-check coordination in a fast-paced, center-based environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday (10AM - 7PM EST). This contractor position contributes to a large organization known for its people, services and results across diverse locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• One to three years in an administrative and/or customer service role.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience supporting recruitment or HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fields calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center.
• Provides ATS and onboarding process support for operators.
• Supports background check tickets via First Advantage and Checkr.
• Facilitates tickets with appropriate technical teams as needed.
• Participates in system and technology testing.
• Provides a high level of customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
