Frame Security is rapidly scaling and building a high-velocity Talent Acquisition team to support our growth. The Talent Acquisition Associate role is the operational engine behind our hiring machine, handling scheduling, candidate experience, and initial screens.

You’ll gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, learn advanced sourcing, and contribute to a fast-paced startup culture that values execution without sacrificing detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, TA, HR, or startup operations.
• Attention to timezone overlaps and detail to avoid missing candidates.
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with bias for action.
• Strong written communication with engineers and executives.
• Tech-savvy with recruiting platforms and automation.
• Eager to learn TA playbook and progress to full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview loops across candidates and teams.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate journey reflecting Frame’s culture.
• Manage job postings, ATS data, and interview workflows with accuracy.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and security communities.
• Own initial recruiter screens and run end-to-end searches for select roles.
• Scale the playbook with employer branding and process automation.

You’ll keep recruiting running at lightspeed while gaining direct exposure to full-cycle talent acquisition, eventually taking on your own sourcing, screening, and searches. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Schedule: Coordinate high-volume interview loops across candidates and hiring teams without missing a beat or a detail.
• Elevate Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, hyper-responsive candidate journey that reflects Frame’s fast, transparent culture.
• Run Recruiting Ops: Manage job postings, ATS data, and interview workflows with 100% accuracy to keep pipeline metrics clean and actionable.
• Source & Engage Talent: Learn advanced sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and niche security communities to build active candidate pipelines.
• Step Up to Full-Cycle: As you master the ops, take ownership of initial recruiter screens and run end-to-end searches for select roles.
• Scale the Playbook: Pitch and execute projects around employer branding and process automation to make our funnel leaner and faster.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, TA, HR, or fast-paced startup operations.
• Obsessive Detail: You catch timezone overlaps, notice tiny typos, and never let a candidate slip through the cracks.
• Startup Velocity & Bias for Action: You thrive in fast-moving chaos, adapt quickly when priorities pivot, and solve problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Sharp Communication: Crisp written skills and the confidence to engage with candidates, engineers, and execs alike.
• Tech-Savvy: Quick to adopt new recruiting platforms, ATS tools, and automation tech.
