Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People Team in a hybrid Denver role. You will support end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, coordinating postings, screenings, and interview scheduling, while maintaining candidate records in SmartRecruiters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Conduct resume review and initial screenings to assess fit.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social channels, networking and referrals.
• Prepare candidate look books in PowerPoint for review.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters.
• Manage candidate journey from sourcing to offer.
• Support TA team with administrative tasks and events.

Your opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team, providing dedicated support to our Talent Acquisition Partners across sourcing, candidate screening and interview scheduling, and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles.

You will:

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit against role requirements
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals
• Assist with preparing look books of candidate profiles in PowerPoint for review where applicable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles, managing the candidate journey from sourcing through to offer
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including processing invoices and maintaining team mailboxes
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition related projects as required
• Carry out other duties as assigned

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 = $65,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through November 18, 2026.
