Your opportunity

This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting the Chief of Staff (People) and wider leadership team. You’ll help translate priorities into execution - connecting strategy, operations and communications to ensure the function runs effectively. You’ll work across senior stakeholders, contribute to key leadership forums (including ExCo), and play a critical role in delivering the People strategy for the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Executive & leadership support: Support the Chief of Staff in driving key priorities across the People function; Coordinate ExCo and senior leadership materials (papers, agendas, follow-ups); Track actions and commitments, ensuring delivery against deadlines
  • Business management & operations: Support business planning, tracking and reporting across the function; Assist with budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking; Help ensure strong governance and control across activities; Support delivery of priority projects (e.g. engagement surveys, People initiatives, transformation programmes); Coordinate inputs across teams and ensure alignment to timelines; Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
  • Communications & engagement: Support internal communications for the People function and leadership updates; Help shape clear, consistent messaging across channels; Coordinate key events, offsites and leadership forums; Act as a key point of coordination across People, Finance, Communications and other functions; Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

Must have skills
  • Experience in a business management, project management, or chief of staff support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through July 26, 2026.
