Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team, supporting TA Partners across sourcing, screening and interview scheduling, and owning end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

You will partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers, use diverse sourcing techniques, prepare candidate look books, and maintain accurate records in SmartRecruiters. The role involves hybrid work and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support TA Partners with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and fit against role requirements.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Utilize sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract candidates.
• Prepare candidate look books in PowerPoint for review.
• Maintain candidate records in SmartRecruiters.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing to offer.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice.
• Provide admin support to TA team, including processing invoices and managing mailboxes.
• Collaborate on TA projects and other duties as assigned.

Your opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team, providing dedicated support to our Talent Acquisition Partners across sourcing, candidate screening and interview scheduling, and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles.

You will:

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit against role requirements
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals
• Assist with preparing look books of candidate profiles in PowerPoint for review where applicable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles, managing the candidate journey from sourcing through to offer
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including processing invoices and maintaining team mailboxes
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition related projects as required
• Carry out other duties as assigned

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 = $65,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 18, 2026.
