Job summary

Strider is expanding its Freelance Recruiter Network to connect US companies with LATAM tech talent. We’re seeking independent recruiters who are based in LATAM countries and well-versed in the software engineering market. You’ll promote open roles, guide candidates, and earn commissions with each successful hire.

Qualifications

• Independent recruiter with proven ability to network in tech talent.
• Based in LATAM or listed countries (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru).
• Familiar with the software engineering market; bonus if you recruit developers.
• Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote open positions from Strider to your network and drive sign-ups.
• Guide candidates to complete profiles and apply to roles via our platform.
• Earn commissions up to $1,000 per hire and a $2 bonus when referred developers sign up and complete profiles.
• Maintain an active pipeline with new job openings added regularly.
• Leverage the dedicated support team and exclusive recruiter community to optimize results.

Who you are

• An independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer


• Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru


• Familiar with the software engineering market (bonus if you already recruit developers!)


• Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills

• Strong commission structure: Earn up to $1,000 per hire, plus a $2 bonus when developers you refer sign up and complete their profile
