Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Site TAKT Lead in Tulsa, OK to own daily TAKT execution and coordinate with field operations, project controls and offsite manufacturing. You will monitor progress, identify constraints, and drive corrective actions to keep the schedule on track.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, superintendents, trade partners and leadership, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel estimated 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of job related experience required.
• Travel 10-20%
• Work Schedule 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday; nights/weekends/holidays may be required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across assigned facilities.
• Monitor daily production performance against planned TAKT activities and milestones.
• Identify production constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
• Make day-to-day production decisions to preserve TAKT flow and minimize disruption to downstream activities.
• Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Trade Leads, and Project Controls to plan daily production activities.
• Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate schedule priorities.
• Ensure workfronts are prepared for incoming crews per TAKT sequence.
• Coordinate handoffs between trades to maintain continuous production flow.
• Coordinate with offsite manufacturing to align schedules with field needs.
• Monitor material readiness and delivery schedules; resolve material constraints.
• Communicate schedule changes affecting manufacturing priorities or delivery sequencing.
• Partner with logistics teams for reliable material flow.
