Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Site TAKT Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of the TAKT production plan at a live project site in Alabama.

You will partner with Site Leadership, Project Management, Superintendents, and offsite manufacturing teams to keep production flowing and aligned with the TAKT plan. You will monitor production performance, identify constraints, and implement corrective actions while escalating schedule risks requiring program-level support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 2–3 years of related job experience required.
• Travel up to 20% and a flexible schedule, including potential nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across facilities.
• Monitor daily production performance against TAKT milestones.
• Identify constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule.
• Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Offsite Manufacturing teams.
