Responsibilities

Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across assigned facilities.
Monitor daily production performance against planned TAKT activities and milestones.
Identify production constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
Make day-to-day production decisions necessary to preserve TAKT flow while minimizing disruption to downstream activities.
Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support.
Site coordination with Project Managers, Superintendents, Trade Leads, and Project Controls to coordinate daily production activities.
Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate schedule priorities.
Ensure workfronts are prepared for incoming crews in accordance with the TAKT sequence.
Coordinate handoffs between trades to maintain continuous production flow.
Monitor material readiness and delivery schedules; identify and resolve material constraints before they impact production.
