Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Site TAKT Lead to oversee daily TAKT production execution at a connected project site in Oklahoma. You’ll coordinate with Project Management, Superintendents, and field teams to keep production flowing and align with the TAKT plan.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, and 6 am–6 pm weekdays with potential nights/weekends. Travel 10–20% is expected, and you’ll drive schedule reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• 2-3 years of job related experience is required.
• Travel: 10-20%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across assigned facilities.
• Monitor daily production performance against planned TAKT activities and milestones.
• Identify production constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule.
• Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support.
