Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Site TAKT Lead in Tulsa to oversee the day-to-day TAKT production execution across assigned facilities and coordinate with site leadership to keep the schedule on track and materials flowing smoothly.

You will partner with Project Management, Superintendents, Trade Partners, and Offsite Manufacturing to resolve constraints and maintain TAKT flow, ensuring reliable delivery and productive field operations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience: 2-3 years of job related experience is required.
Travel: 10-20%
Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri, may include nights, weekends and holidays; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across assigned facilities.
Monitor daily production performance against planned TAKT activities and milestones.
Identify production constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
Make day-to-day production decisions to preserve TAKT flow and minimize disruption.
Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Trade Leads, and Project Controls to align activities.
