P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring for a Server - Takeout in Omaha. Immediate openings cover full-time and part-time hourly shifts, with a focus on courteous, prompt takeout and curbside service and an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and maintaining high sanitation standards. Benefits include training, internal advancement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.

Responsabilités

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take-out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
