Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Albuquerque is hiring immediately for a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist (full-time and part-time hourly).

You will ensure guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, taking, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing takeout orders, including curbside delivery. You will guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest's orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest's questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
